Responsibilities:-

  • Strong people management skills and will act as a single POC to the BU leader for all people issues
  • Continue improving the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization.
  • Lead the HR function in the areas below:


    • Forecasting Capability Requirements
    • Recruitment
    • Onboarding/Assimilation
    • Learning Interventions
    • Managerial Development
    • Succession Planning
    • Leadership Development
    • Employee Relations
    • Welfare & Motivation
    • Workforce integration


Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Independent and able to work in matrix environment
  • Able to work well with senior leadership and possess good communication skills
