M&A SNR Analyst /Associate /US Investment Bank / Singapore /Competitive
Our client is a leading US investment bank with an established presence in the Global and Asian investment banking space. They are looking to appoint an M&A Snr Analyst / Associate to Its Investment banking team in Singapore .The team has had an exceptionally busy year having already closed a number of transactions across a broad spectrum of industries and are already dealing with a large pipeline for Q1 2021. This position is part of their general expansion plans. The relevant candidate will have experience in:
· M&A advisory, &IPO’s,
· Dealing with corporate clients
· Structuring & executing transactions
In this position you will be:
-Must have solid financial modelling skills .
-Must have a good understanding for the transaction cycle.
- Must be at Analyts level already in an Invesment bank or Boutique
- Must be based in Singapore .
