You will develop financial models and conduct valuation analysis of the prospective investments. You will also play a leading role in overseeing the transaction process including due diligence and planning for post-acquisition integration. As they are a Real Estate Company, you will also be involved in reviewing financial feasibility (including financial modelling) for property developments and acquisition using IRR, NPVs, NPI yields.
You will also be involved in treasury matters such as negotiating terms and conditions with Banks for term loans to finance development projects and banking facilities for BG and credit lines. You will be managing the overall cash flow of the Group in view of investment and working capital and arrange internal or external financing. You will manage the qualifying debt security program with investors and ensure terms are adhered to. You will also manage interest rate and foreign exchange risks by fixing long term rates, or employing options, forwards and caps. In addition, you will work with tax to create tax efficient structures for investments.
You are degree qualified in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA with at least 7 years of experience in M&A, Treasury, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development, preferably in a real estate company.
You are commercially minded with strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. You possess effective communication skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels. You are highly meticulous and resourceful.
