  • Job Responsibility
  • · To provide End to End Hands and Feet IT InfraSupport for Cognizant users.
  • · Tickets reported to EUCS desk side support Teamwill be through agreed contact channels (web – Remedy/RAMS (RAMS - WO)
  • · Responsible for providing resolution to ticketsthat cannot be resolved remotely and requires physical onsite support.
  • · To Coordinate with EUCS Infra Support ServiceDesk (GDOC) and other technical towers (DCS, EMCS, and GNS) for issueresolution.
  • · Transfer or escalate tickets to respectivesupport groups if it is non-resolvable or out of scope of EUCS desk sidesupport Team.
  • · Follow up with the respective supportteams/towers for appropriate action on pending incident/ticket on daily/weeklybasis.
  • · Monitor the status and progress towardsresolution against IT service levels of all in scope open incidents andrequests.
  • · Infra Implementation.
  • · Mobility - Allocation, service, collection,maintenance
  • · Asset device management, maintaining inventory,raising CEP/POs for procurement
  • · Rack and Stack support for New Infra build out
