Main duties

Learning Partnering

  • Partner the business to strategize and drive the talent agenda through translating business needs into talent initiatives promoting a keen learning culture in the bank
  • Conduct workplace performance diagnostics coupled with learning needs analysis to design learning architectures and frameworks
  • Act as an Internal Consultant to Management, HR Business Partners as well as Business Stakeholders to advise, co-create and implement developmental roadmaps and talent programs
Program Management
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts or external partners to develop, curate, facilitate, roll-out and evaluate bespoke learning solutions including various technical, professional and leadership programs
  • Innovate and drive new forms of learning methodologies beyond the conventional classrooms (such as digital channels, micro or social learning) to pique learning interests and share best practices
  • Research and keep abreast of the business landscape and latest trends to pivot our learning objectives where required
Talent & Organisation Development
  • Establish strategic direction and change initiatives for Learning, Talent and Organisational Development (OD)
  • Perform workforce planning and capabilities research to embed a performance culture and up skill for the future
  • Lead and facilitate organization-wide Learning, Talent and OD roll-outs which includes leadership, succession management, employee engagement, staff development and organization health
Business Management
  • Forge strong relationships with industry and business networks to brand Bank of Singapore as a learning organisation
  • Savvy with analytics to develop data-driven insights to target area of training focus and anticipate future talent needs
  • Manage Learning Management System to ensure accurate tracking of learning records for audits, fundings and regulatory requirements
  • Coach and impart knowledge to team members

Work experience requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
  • Additional accreditation in coaching or any personalities profiling tool will be desired
  • Proven expertise as a learning expert
  • Possess effective leadership experience
  • Exudes an eloquence for conversations and stories as well as a flair to engage through attention grabbing written communications
  • Be game to innovate and experiment new ideas (& learn to laugh at ourselves when things go south)
  • Be resilient to step out of your comfort zone and navigate ambiguity in a fast-growth environment
  • Embrace a can-do spirit and roll up your sleeves to make things happen

Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • Higher relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
