One of our banking clients is looking for a candidate with the below given skills:

Top 3 Must have skills (in terms of skills, qualifications, interpersonal, certification soft skills)

Expert knowledge/experience in Ops Risk
Ops Resilience (includes business continuity), first line risk experience, worked in audit
At least 10 years of overall experience, 5 years of relevant experience
the day to day responsibilities would be Interaction with different teams, set group of work to deliver, problem solving, stakeholder management, solutions for design from policy and regulatory commitment.
The purpose of this role is to support the Head Operational Risk, Governance & Policy and the Senior Operational Risk Officer for COO, ensuring the Operational Risk requirements are factored into the design, development and implementation of the project and its adherence to the Operational & Technology Risk Type Framework and associated policies and standards.
