Lead Enterprise Architect (Senior Manager to Senior Director) * This role will support our Financial Services Strategic Business Unit (FS SBU) as the Enterprise Architect in pre-sales/RFP processes involving complex sales opportunities, especially in the banking and/or insurance domain. You will collaborate with business development and client engagement teams to assist in pre-sales opportunities like RFP responses, proposal delivery, architecture assessments and technical qualifications Key activities include: * Work closely with Domain Architects across key initiatives and projects to apply architecture principles and standards, and develop reference architectures and design patterns * Provide thought leadership on architectural or other topics, developing a forward looking view of current and emerging technologies and their impact on the Enterprise Architecture * Develop technical solution design and work with assigned technical architects and cost architects to create corresponding cost estimates * Present and discuss solutions with client executives * Lead the translation of the client's business requirements into systems design * Assess the business impact/return on investment for the more complex components of the technology solution * Act as customers' key contact on the proposed technology solution. * Work closely with other technology teams to create a holistic technology approach and cost estimate that captures all details, dependencies and assumptions of the technology landscape. * Transitioning the solution to the mobilization team for implementation * Establishing oneself as a leader in cross-technology issues and risk mitigation Key Requirements * At least 10 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably in large, complex enterprises * At least 3 years' experience in Enterprise Architecture in a large, complex, multi-location, multi-national environment * Deep experience delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions in a heterogeneous technology environment * Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and operations * A deep understanding of all domains of Enterprise Architecture, including the business, data, application, infrastructure and security domains * Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.) * Experience with Financial Services Client group (Banking, Insurance, etc), understanding primary industry objectives, market pressure, key value propositions. * Experience as solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity. * Business function process knowledge in Financial Services (e.g. Banking, Compliance as a Service, KYC, Credit Services) * Deep understanding of the cloud-native solution, microservices-architecture and at least one or more of the following areas: API orchestration architecture, mobile-front end architecture, customer engagement architecture * Experience with multiple connectivity solutions.
