L2 Production Support
- Provide L2 support for daily/weekly/Monthly batches running on CTC and ensure completion of recs.
- Identify opportunities to left shift procedural tasks to L1 team and make procedures robust
- Participate in Change management calls and be effective gate keeper to Prod deployments
- Assist with Production Deployments and pre / post checkout activities
- Participate in Major outages and organize Major Impact notification calls to ensure system recovers as soon as possible.
- Hand on experience in CTC tool, Knowledge of Unix and Oracle PL/SQL is must.
- Should have worked in Production Support preferable in BFS domain.
- Excellent communication skills and stake holder management skills is mandatory
