The successful candidate will be handling the execution and review of various processes relating to Investment Compliance and ensure effective monitoring and compliance of Investment guidelines and restrictions.
You will monitor and provide surveillance of investment guidelines and restrictions including setting up and maintenance of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists. You will review control and monitoring feasibility from prospectuses, investment management agreements, and other contractual or regulatory documents. You will also provide pre and post-trade monitoring of investment guidelines and follow up on breaches identified. You will manage scheduled compliance reporting to clients and trustees.
You will provide investment compliance support and liaise with Fund Managers / other departments where necessary. Additionally, you will handle other compliance duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor qualified
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- MUST have strong Portfolio / Investment Compliance experience
- MUST have worked in Fund Management / Asset Management / Unit Trusts / Mutual Funds
- Familiar with Bloomberg AIMS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
