As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support origination and execution of M&A business with a strong focus in South East Asia area
  • Due diligence of clients and markets; Deal documentation and internal approvals
  • Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
  • Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
  • Attending client meetings independently


Your skills and experience:

  • Excellent academic qualifications
  • At least 9 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
  • Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
