The successful candidate should expect to rotate among different investment teams during the initial 24 - 36 months to gain exposure to the full spectrum of investment activities across the real estate investment space. He/she will also be expected to participate in new initiatives and projects.

~~•Involved in analyzing and underwriting investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including preparation of cash flow models, sensitivity tables, property valuations, and joint venture structuring.
•Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and related support through risk analysis and in-depth understanding of investment factors.
•Support the transaction due diligence and closing processes.
•Work closely with internal and external stakeholders: leasing/ sales brokers, property managers, portfolio analysts, joint venture partners, property appraisals, and operations/ accounting teams to support the asset management operation.
•Participate in the property budget and strategic plan process.
•Coordinate property appraisal process and review appraisals for accuracy.
•Provide on-going and quarterly portfolio level reports outlining investment performance by property and at the fund level – combining real estate performance and financial performance indicators
•Capital budgeting forecast for development projects or projects undergoing enhancement
•Coordinating other adhoc requests by other teams, investors, partners or US head office.
•Assist with various ad-hoc initiatives and projects taking place across the broader business.
