Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the end to end origination process, including but not limited to the preparation of pitch books, information memorandum, coordinating roadshow logistic and marketing materials, investors Q&As and other related work;
• Perform comprehensive market research and data analysis to support originators' business development initiatives;
• Provide administrative support as well as maintaining departmental report and deal trackers to monitor the progress.
• Maintain a systematic and organized filing system to ensure efficient data retrieval and full compliance with audit requirement.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to prepare clear and professional presentations.
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is essential for this regional coverage role, & due to the requirement to communicate with Chinese clients and counterparties.
