Our client is a global financial service firm, looking for an experience IT Service Manager to join their Service Management team in Asia!

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsibile of full end to end IT operational services that includes; scope, budget and performance
  • Take charge of designing, implementing, executing and optimizing all methods for monitoring and managing of IT services
  • Support key strategic products by facilitating service transitions and coordination
  • Ensure and coordinate service processes in alignment with the other departments such as incident and change teams
  • Key escalation to management and vendors when critical or major operational issues occur

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • More than 7 years experience in service delivery, service management, application management
  • Proven track record of delivering global application platforms across multiple business units
  • Working knowledge of private cloud and storage fabrics, and in-depth knowledge of DevOps, AI Ops and customer-oriented service operations
  • Generalist experience across all dimensions of IT operations and strong understanding of software development/delivery methodologies
  • Certifications in ITIL, COBIT and/or Project Management is a plus
