IT Application Services (ITSR) – System Analyst for Cash Management

· Manage system enhancements for Cash Management Systems, including Internet Banking, Mobile and Payments
· Work with users, vendors and IT stakeholders as part of the software delivery lifecycle.
· Elicit user requirements, perform impact analysis and translate into technical specifications for delivery
· Manage Software Releases, under SDLC and Agile methodologies.
· Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects


Qualifications
  • 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in either of the Cash Management domain-related systems e.g. Corporate Internet Banking or Payments
  • Experience in managing software development and delivery under Agile methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player. Essential to have a can do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment.
  • Skilled in vendor negotiations
  • Understanding in banking and back-office operations related to Cash Management and Payment
  • Good Communication Skills.
