ITSM Delivery Manager
Mandatory Skills:
  • Should have minimum 8 years of experience in Delivery Management role
  • Should have clear understanding on the Agile Delivery methods
  • Should have strong experience in stakeholder management.
  • Should have hands-on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, HPSM, Jira, Confluence, etc
  • Should have good knowledge in banking industry, private banking experience will be an added advantage.
  • Should have current hands-on experience in Java
  • Able to handle multiple applications concurrently
  • Should have team management experience
  • Good in communication management
  • Good to have DevOps tools experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To conduct all Agile ceremonies and a ct as scrum master
  • Issues Identification, conduct root cause analysis, impact analysis, estimations
  • Interact with Business Users to understand the issue and provide timely resolution
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Work closely with Production Support team to resolve the issues when needed
  • Identify risk and provide timely report to senior management
  • Engage with SMEs, Infrastructure teams to escalate/remove impediments
  • Plan releases for product incremental features
  • Build and Maintain knowledge management portal
  • Manage support team members and their workloads
  • Deliver and contribute to the monthly KPI metrics, review the guardrails, prepare status reports, presentation packs, meeting minutes, etc
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies
