ITSM - Production Support Manager
Required Skills
  • Should have minimum 8 years of experience in Production Support role
  • Should have strong experience in stakeholder management.
  • Should have hands-on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, HPSM, Jira, Confluence, etc
  • Should have good knowledge in banking industry, private banking experience will be added advantage
  • Should have prior hands-on experience in Java
  • Able to handle multiple applications concurrently
  • Should have team management experience
  • Good in communication management
  • Good to have DevOps tools experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure production stability
  • Interact with Business Users to understand the issue and provide timely resolution
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Manage incidents, problems, data patching and service request tickets
  • Work closely with Development team to resolve the issues when needed
  • Identify risk and provide timely report to senior management
  • Engage with SMEs, Infrastructure teams to escalate/remove impediments
  • Plan releases for product incremental features along with Development team
  • Build and Maintain knowledge management portal
  • Manage support team members and their workloads
  • Deliver and contribute to the production assurance, prepare status reports, presentation packs, meeting minutes and relevant management information for management
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies
