Description

Principal Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the formulation, quality execution, tracking and evaluation of marketing programs & strategies for the business, to attract new business & deepen existing business relationships
  • Work with respective stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers) to develop and implement Marketing strategies that cuts across different customer touch points
  • Develop effective processes for the execution of Marketing Programs.
  • Manage budget, spend & accruals within allocation
  • Customer Franchise Growth
  • Analyze and keep abreast of new developments in the marketplace so as to maintain lead position and market share in the offshore wealth management segment
  • Accountable for IPB's marketing spend principally to generate NTB, AUM inflows, product penetration, upgrade programs, customer segments and customer loyalty events
  • Identify, define and formulate new market strategies to support customer franchise growth
  • Evaluate the success of programs and recommend changes in the marketing strategy
  • Establish and maintain effective contact with various functional areas in the business to communicate the marketing strategy and facilitate the flow of information to ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Leverage internal and external resources to build relationships to ultimately achieve the plans and programs that support the marketing strategy
Risk Management
  • Ensure marketing programs implemented for prospects and existing customers are executed in strict compliance to all approved policies and guidelines
  • Systematic accrual of Marketing spend & budgeting
Financial Performance
  • Above achieving department's financials, do what you can to help overall business to achieve the Business' financial commitments


Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Be proficient in Microsoft products
  • Possess strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of initiative and drive
