Description

Sales Management Office in IPB manages end-to-end sales performance management for Citibanking, Citigold, Citigold Private Client Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Treasury Sales Managers. The role will require the incumbent to work closely with the front end sales teams, Fincon and regional incentive team in administering, tracking and analyzing the various sales incentive programs and sales performance monitoring in IPB.

The Role requires but is not restricted to the following:
  • Business analysis
  • Team performance evaluation, strategy development, and presentation
  • Segment performance analysis
  • Management review and presentation to the senior management
  • RM training


Qualifications

  • 2 years related banking experience
  • Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is a must
