Human Resource On-boarding Specialist (Associate/Senior Associate)

The Human Resource On-boarding Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects relating to the on-boarding of employees and ensure a positive on-boarding experience for the new joiner, as they navigate through the recruitment and initial on-boarding process.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure complete on-boarding documentation
  • Manage all work pass matters relating to new hires
  • Ensure timely processing and application of regulatory license (E.g. RNF/ Dealer's Register)
  • Coordinate communication and validate information pertaining to onboarding
  • Track progression of reference checks, adjudicate discrepancies and close off before deadline
  • Process recruitment invoices, sign-on payments and referral fees
  • Maintain recruitment and on-boarding related platforms (E.g. RISQ and Enboarder)
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives and drive process improvements
  • Attend to all on-boarding related queries from candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Qualifications
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource function
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
