Head of Product and Experience
Description
• You will develop and evolve the strategic vision to create a digital banking product, discovering an experience, innovating banking product that is valuable, usable, and feasible for our customers.
• You are responsible for the platform that will house all other products and work closely with other product managers to integrate their experiences into the platform. You will define the scope of the digital platform for the product development team to build
• You will create innovative financial product together with the internal banking team
• You will inspire, be persuasive and be a leader in a product development team. You are expected to maintain a highly productive and collaborative rhythm between engineering, design, and the non-technical business partners. Being at one with data. Defining success metrics, monitoring, and adapting them as necessary with a bias towards execution
• You will work with Product, Tech and Marketing team to interface and synergize with overall digital build of the bank

Qualifications
Job Qualifications
• 12+ years product management in banking, consumer technology, e-commerce, or marketplace
• Demonstrate the ability to create deeply engaging journey in applications
• Good working understanding on financial product especially on consumer products
• Data driven and highly analytical. Deep experience in data and customer insight-driven product management, with ability to self serve
• Strategic thinker - can quickly prioritize what really will grow your product in looking for strategic features and partners
• Customer-focused - You live and breathe consumer user experiences and have a solid grasp of usability analytics and data tools (experience with statistics and AB testing would be advantageous)
• Born leader with a bias for action - ability to make the hard decisions, but also listen and bring people on a journey
• Strong communicator/ negotiator - to the wider business and spokesperson for the product area
