Head of Product (Internet)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a regional team of product managers, UX researchers, designers and analysts
  • Drive the strategic planning of product strategies with key stakeholders
  • Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user experience for across desktop, mobile and apps
  • Continuously make improvements, get new ideas and get a better understanding of the consumers and ensure that products remain as the market leader.
  • Identify potential partnerships with external resources for product development, software/services.
  • Take the initiative for delivering communications and conducting regular brainstorming across the organisation on product features, performance; acting as liaison for training needs as emerging products are launched

Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of product management experience with a track record managing a cross-functional team
  • Experienced with product management across desktop, web and mobile applications
  • Well versed and passionate with the best practices in product development and management across platforms and regions
  • Good understanding of the SEA landscape
  • Prior experience working with large data sets for product ideation and development
