This is a premier asset manager with investment mandates across Asia, US and Europe. It is looking to recruit a dynamic HR Lead, VP.
In this exciting start-up role, you will conceptualise, develop and implement progressive HR practices and policies which include organisational development, talent management, rewards and performance management initiatives. You will support the business leaders to develop and execute critical HR strategies and programs as the business grows.
You will work in close partnership with senior management and business leaders in identifying business objectives and needs, and translate them to people strategies, priorities and action plans. You will manage full spectrum of human resources operations - talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, retention and implementing strategic changes.
A bachelor's degree with at least 15 years' HR experience gained at a large bank, hedge fund, private equity, alternative asset manager, private office, or founder-based organization. You are driven, progressive, credible, strategic and will thrive in a dynamic and start-up environment.
