We are looking for someone who will be able to lead the customer experience COE and drive end-to-end customer experience enhancement programs for the business. The Head will be expected to be the 'voice of the customer'
within the organization and lead change across various functions. We require someone who is hands on and able to build the team from scratch and ensure that the business is a market leader in customer experience strategies.
