Our client is an international business group. We are looking for a HR Manager to support them on a 6-month contract. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP within private equity, asset management, or professional/financial services.
• Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a lean HR function
• Broad HR generalist expertise across performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Demonstrated capability to quickly assume responsibility and manage BAU with minimal ramp-up time
• High level of discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive HR matters
