Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR-related regulatory reporting requirement & ensure accurate and timely report submissions;
  • Serve as main point of contact for internal & external control organizations (e.g. GIA, External Auditors, Risk, Compliance and Regulators) ;
  • Drive development, maintenance, implementation & oversight of standards & strategies on Bank's Risk Management Frameworks (e.g. Risk Moderator and/or ECT and Management Oversight Rating) and associated reporting
  • Prepare HR partners called upon to participate in internal & external audits, reviews and regulatory inspections;
  • Track progress of internal & external audits and oversee responses to ensure accuracy, completeness & timeliness;
  • Serve as SME regarding HR Risk Indicators;
  • Oversight of Bank Disciplinary Framework, Gifts & Entertainment and overall responsibility to ensure HR policies & procedures are maintained & updated regularly


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge in HR related policies including disciplinary and gift & entertainment best practices
  • Extensive HR Risk Management/Control & Compliance experience including experience with internal/external audits and/or regulatory inspections
  • Prior experience overseeing development & implementation of employee risk assessment frameworks and associated discipline and compensation impact outcomes
