Job Description
We are currently partnering our client in the banking sector to source for a HR Analyst for the HR Shared Services function.

Job Responsibilities :

Payroll & Accounting
  • Delivering monthly payroll and ad-hoc payments
  • Working with 3rd party vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Process statutory reporting such as maternity leave, childcare leave, CPF etc.
  • Support annual tax filing and other ad-hoc projects
  • Produce monthly journals and reconciliation of accounts
Handle Enquiries
  • Support Tier 1 queries from employees
  • Channel queries to the appropriate departments
  • Completion of Employment Reference Requests from external vendors
  • Support on internal policies and procedures to HR and Business
Contracts and Screening
  • Manage Pre-employment Screening process
  • Application and renewal of work passes
Data and Documents
  • Generation of letters and documentation
  • Accurate data update on systems and databases
  • No pay leave reporting
Off-boarding
  • Supporting the end to end process of off-boarding
  • Case management for employees
  • Ensuring accurate delivery of final payments and tax filing
  • Support the end-to-end repatriation process for Singapore
Benefits Administration
  • Manage queries on employee benefits
  • Manage reporting requirements
  • Manage third party suppliers
Vendor Management
  • Work closely with all vendors including Immigration, Payroll, PES, Benefits to ensure smooth operation of HR activities such as visa renewals, benefits enrolment etc.
  • Processing of vendor invoices
Experience & Skills :
  • 1 to 3 years Payroll experience in banking/financial services industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience in multiple areas of HR operations in a regulated environment
  • Continuous improvement mind-set
  • Good communication and comfortable working in a small, highly collaborative environment
  • Track record in delivering against deadlines
  • Familiar with applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Strong technical and operational capabilities together with a good business awareness
  • Sound risk awareness, able to identify and escalate risk in a timely manner
