Group Wealth Platform PMO Executive

  • Support program change management including but not limited to scope management, issue escalation, overall impact analysis, change management and decision process facilitation
  • Perform project deliverable and activity tracking base on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and master program plan, and deliver program status reports and presentation in an agreed frequency
  • Perform on-going interdependency management including but not limited to deliverable and task dependency, project interdependency, program level dependency and external dependency
  • Facilitate to resolve escalated issues and risks
  • Conduct briefing/ status updates and escalation of issues and risks to Head PMO
  • Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes plus supporting documentation
  • Track key deliverables/ reviews and proper sign-off to ensure an appropriate level of quality in the program
  • Conduct program financial tracking and reporting


Qualifications
  • 3 years working experience in banking environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player - especially working with internal and cross-entities colleagues (BOS & OSPL)
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate issue findings and facilitate resolution of issues
  • Strong PowerPoint and/ or Excel skills are preferred
  • Good analytical and synthesizing of information are appreciated
