We Offer
The successful candidate will join the Primeswap Settlements Team within the Cross Products Settlements group. The Primeswap settlement Team is responsible for all pre and post settlement of cash flows and interest claims. The team supports both portfolio swaps and total return swap trades. The team interacts with various clients based in the Asia Pacific region.

The following functions are performed within the team and trainings on the tasks will be provided:

  • Sending of cash flow reports and processing of cash flows with clients handled by team via telephone calls and emails
  • Prioritize high volume by risk levels, funding and settlement deadlines, and client needs
  • Prioritize workload to meet targets and provide the highest possible service to our clients, whilst ensuring daily deadlines are met
  • Investigate and resolve any cash breaks
  • Investigate and resolve any queries received both internally and externally on products and functions
  • Ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to
  • Conduct self in a professional manner when dealing with the group's internal and external customers
  • Build on existing relationships to provide an efficient and high quality service
  • Continually review current procedures & processes; suggest and implement ideas to improve the efficiency and quality of work in the group.
