Group Marketing, Youth Segment (Assistant Manager)

Work within the Youth Segment new-to-workforce team to deepen FRANK by OCBC's penetration and entrench FRANK by OCBC as the go-to financial partner/institution among 23-29 year old young working professionals by:

  • Overview : Working closely with New-to-workforce team lead and Youth Segment lead to develop a new-to-workforce strategy which defines key business priorities, audience segmentation, sets clear communication objectives, partnership strategies and channel strategies to meet acquisition targets across key portfolio of products.
  • Acquisition & Penetration
    1. Acquire new customers via product entries and cross-sell of the FRANK Credit Card, 365 Credit Card, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Home Loans through end-to-end marketing campaigns planning, execution and working collaboratively with internal multi-functional stakeholders and creative/media agency partners:
    2. Assist in the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, including joint activities with Emerging Affluent segment and Product Marketing team for Insurance, and Home loans
    3. Conduct post-campaign/initiative tracking and analysis for future optimisation and improvement;
    4. Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure no overspending.
  • Content Marketing
    1. Curate card designs for FRANK Cards, including introduction of new designs.
    2. Work with New-to-workforce team lead to build and execute the content strategy for young professionals and students, including working with team members to manage the new-to-workforce e-newsletter, social posts and blog posts relevant to young working professionals, and developing new digital tools online for new-to-workforce financial needs
  • Service and Channel Transformation
    1. Work with New-to-workforce team lead to manage key FRANK Stores in malls (Orchard Gateway, Vivo City), and DMP screen playlist in FRANK Stores in malls.
    2. Assist in responding to customer queries/feedback through various channels such as social media.

Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in a marketing and/or business development role dealing with youths or youth brands preferred, or familiarity with financial products for young working professionals (especially cards and insurance).
