Our technology teams are responsible for the bank's entire information technology infrastructure. They develop and maintain the software required to support the bank's business. The teams work closely with the businesses and other infrastructure units to modernise the bank's IT systems to reduce complexity, risk and enable business growth.

Position Overview

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Manage the regional delivery agenda, project assignement and progress for BA/PM's within the team
  • Tracking, adjustment and reporting of the project financials. (Budget Vs Spend Vs Delivery)
  • Ensure regional business management and stakeholder community are updated and notified of Risks, Issues, Dependencies to the agreed roadmap
  • Represent OTC/LD Clearing & Rates PB Technology in regional business and operational forums, provide updates where necessary and report back into the global program
  • Become subject matter expert in local business flows
  • Review and critique business/functional requirements documents ensuring proposals are in line with best practice and architectural principals set within the business area.
  • Partner with the business in the creation of business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
  • Ensure SDLC governance and tollgates are adhered to by the team in order to maintain a controlled, stable environment for the business to operate
  • Serve as a regional escalation point for stakeholder issues arising in OTC/LD Technology

APAC Regional Clearing Houses
  • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in an Investment Banking and/or Retail Finance environment
  • Ability to manage people both directly within the team and indirectly as service providers on the project critical path
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in Listed and/or OTC (Credit and Rates) Derivative products
  • Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
  • Ability to estimate project deliveries in terms or cost, resource and time to deliver
  • Experience of delivering change in a multi-platform workflow environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt across business, process and technology disciplines
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with and adjust to shifting deadlines
  • Proactive, delivery orientated approach
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems through structured analysis
  • Excellent PC skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
