Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program end to end including; analyzing present - state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
  • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
  • Organize workshops and deep-dives with SMEs and stakeholders, understand and document project scope
  • Organize workshops and deep-dives with external vendors, understand and document the capabilities of vendors, and assess suitability with SMEs/stakeholders to meet project scope and objectives
  • Creating and maintaining project timelines by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle,
  • Assemble project team, assigning individual responsibilities and coordinating activities.
  • Manage project implementation, report on progress against plan and budget utilization.
  • Work closely with technology to ensure allocation prioritized work to development team according to plan
  • Lead the testing effort including articulating a test strategy, document with the team the various test cases and report on completion of testing. Lead review of test cases results as part of the UAT phase sign off.
  • Ensure program teams identify issues, root causes and recommend both short and long term action plans

Key Requirements
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience leading and driving change and projects
  • Proven stakeholder management ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior Futures & Options experience preferable
