Global Consumer Bank APAC Campus Program Manager
Citi has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Program Manager, APAC (Global Consumer Bank) which will be based in Singapore . This strategic role encompasses responsibility of managing the end-to-end life cycle of the campus programs. 
This is a key leadership role in our regional team, operationally responsible for leading the Campus Programs across APAC for GCB.
Regional Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Analyst & Associate (A&A) Program including, learning, development, performance management and final placement.
What we're looking for:
  • Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading and managing Program Cohort remotely across the region.
  •  A strong appetite for ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments against a defined strategy.
  •  Data driven, analytical with a meticulous eye for detail 
  • Experience in partnering with a large population to drive development, year end-reviews, coordinate trainings and other development programs.  
  •  Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills with a creative, curious and innovative mindset
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing multiple senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific and global 
  •  A track record of project managing and implementing large complex talent programs
  • Previous experience in HR or Learning and development is desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Induction: Partner with Business Leaders in determining headcount plans and securing campus program budget for APAC-EMEA region. Work with Talent & Learning Team in determining and rolling out Learning Journey (Experience, Exposure and Education).
  • Developing & Managing: Key partner with Business Managers and Stakeholders by actively engaging and leveraging data to impart best practices for junior talent pipeline. Implement Experience, Exposure and Education Plan across APAC and create learning and networking opportunities at A&A level.
  • Year-End Performance: Manage and review the performance management of the cohort by gathering each rotation feedback from managers at conclusion of rotation.
  • Final Placement & Exiting: Work with the business and A&A to identify roll off, final placement desk.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of complex compensation structures
  • HR Business Partner or Talent Management Experience
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
