Description

  • Drive and execute Sales and Acquisition strategy and framework with strict focus on profitability, sales productivity and client segment. Together with the Product manager, drive and execute strategies to grow the mortgage business profitably and sustainably. To nurture and grow sales talents within the team
  • Prepare, own and drive the Sales Strategy to meet Plan financials including volume and profit objectives
  • Drive the sales organization structure to meet the country acquisition targets and goals
  • Review daily team, individual sales officers' performance and productivity; evolve actions to drive country implementation of sales targets and goals and share results and actions taken with senior management
  • Execute Region common Sales and Acquisition strategy and framework with strict focus on profitability, sales productivity and client segment and concurrently addressing country micro strategy
  • Manage sales channels of business by deepening business relationships with Developers/Agents; review channel performance, conduct analysis / post mortem and share results, analysis and evolve actions to execute with entire team
  • Manage mortgage penetration to client segments through branch network, internal channels (MGM, CGAT, CAW, and CPO), drive sales digital channel and effect the Citigold playbook
  • Participate in and implement the Sales compensation program
  • Participate in reviews of credit policies and underwriting process to create best practices and execute them well across the sales platform
  • Review and deep dive into monthly TAT results/issues, execute process improvements by identifying root cause issues on TAT delays/Returns and setting communication framework to ensure common root causes and resolution actions are communicated to all stakeholders (e.g. training, loan ops, legal, compliance, product and risk)
  • Set and execute client experience framework by owning country NPS goals; monitoring and reviewing monthly country NPS BU results, verbatim review and resolution process with objective to improve NPS BU scores and overall client experience satisfaction
  • Ensure all customer complaints are resolved timely with remedial actions implemented (where applicable) to avoid recurrence
  • Work with Portfolio Manager to embed in our sales policies, process and procedures, a strong focus on customer retention in our delivery and products
  • Work with Product Managers to create campaigns, tactical sales programs and product innovations that is compelling to sales team as well as to customers
  • Work with Training department to prepare training materials as appropriate including new hire training
  • Fully support and ensure business controls are followed by the sales team and complete all MCA, Sales Assessments
  • Nurture and guide the sales managers
  • Work with the sales team and internal stakeholders to motivate the team and achieve high VOE scores


Qualifications

  • Tertiary education with at least 10 years' experience in Sales (5 of which is in sales management)
  • Relevant sales experience (Preference given to candidates with strong mortgage sales management experience)
  • Proven sales track record
