Job Purpose:
  • Citibank APAC has an ambitious agenda to transform its business over the next three years and there will be an unrelenting focus to digitize every experience to give to our prospects and existing clients. One key focus area is a priority to accelerate the transformation of sales to new and existing clients from an offline model to a dominant digital model
  • As a member of the Regional Digital Acquisition Marketing team, the key objective of this role is to work with internal stakeholders to identify, scope and prioritize opportunities for us to meet our aggressive digital acquisition targets
  • The role is broken down into 3 key stages. Firstly, working with Regional SMEs to build an initial hypothesis by analysing current in market capabilities and funnel performance; before, facilitating in market workshops to help the local teams prioritize their 18 month roadmaps; and finally supporting local markets to deliver the initiatives, leveraging Regional and Global support (depending on existing capabilities)
  • The successful candidate will be able to quickly problem solve complex situations, leveraging diverse sets of data and inputs from multiple stakeholders; will have an analytical mind and be able to quickly prioritize initiatives against business opportunity and internal dependencies/effort
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key opportunities for priority markets based on a common framework, SME inputs and existing funnel performance
  • Identify the business opportunity at stake from each initiative
  • Facilitate in market workshops to help local stakeholders prioritize against business outcome
  • Build business cases for initiatives and manage budgetary requests - as required
  • Support Regional performance reporting across 17 markets
  • Identify opportunities to scale initiatives across multiple business units to improve ROI from investment
  • Work with our Decision Management team to identify opportunities to improve the conversion of our target segments


Qualifications

The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Digital Capabilities - Demonstrated experience in, and passion for digital acquisition marketing, including full funnel optimization
  • Analysis and Decision Making - Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions. Proven ability to prioritize opportunities based on business outcome

  • Operational Execution - Accountable for digital performance and act with a sense of urgency to address issues and take advantage of opportunities. Immediate access to key financial and operational data
  • Tertiary qualified in I.T, marketing, eCommerce or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in web analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in, and passion for digital innovation
