Highlights/Position Objectives:
  • Be the Regional  Best Practice Leader & Point of Contact for Digital Sales & Media
  • Drive the Digital Sales strategy and grow Digital channel share
  • Align digital strategy and plans with Regional and Global Marketing teams as well as other Regional stakeholders including Product and Sales & Distribution
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Represent markets in discussions with regional media partners and publishers
  • Negotiate, Partner & build Key Media deals for markets
  • Be the functional expert in specific areas of digital Sales (e.g. Web analytics and Insights/ Media Planning/Funnel Management)
  • Work with regional teams to drive digital channel propositions and campaigns
  • Plan & drive execution for any regional digital campaigns
  • Drive the rollout of web metrics; build the framework for tracking - drive consumptions and actions basis this tracking
  • Extensively measure performance & conversion funnel throughput using analytics
  • Build & track digital sales plan for selected markets working in close collaboration with respective market team
  • Regular interaction with other teams within the regional office to monitor progress of initiatives, reporting progress and highlighting/resolving issues as appropriate
  • Prepare and run weekly and monthly region wide calls to highlight best practices, share learning and help transfer/execution of learnings
  • Study best practices in specific functional area and assigned markets, highlighting competitive propositions in functionality, customer promotions and campaigns/offers
  • Drive cross-Sell programs & manage execution of campaign ideas


Req Qualifications:
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • High marketing/communication skills - demonstrated ability to conceive and execute successful customer facing campaigns &  communications
  • Project management - methodical in delivering projects and campaign: timeline, action items, stakeholder, dependencies and appropriate escalations
  • Effective written & oral English language skills must have ability to present persuasively and lead remote partners by influence
  • Excellent analytical skills, a focus on results and the ability to structure problems
  • A quick thinker who can work independently and efficiently on tight deadlines while having an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment that is fast-paced and highly dynamic
  • xcellent interpersonal & relationship building skills with all stakeholders in markets
  • Preferably a Business graduate with a strong academic performance from a top tier school and has prior product management experience
  • Total work experience of 6 years in Digital Communications/Marketing/Business oriented role
