Job Description:
  • Citi is the world's preeminent digital bank and we are constantly improving the way we serve our fast growing digital banking customer base by employing the principles of ingenuity, speed and relevance
  • Furthering our digital narrative in Singapore, we are seeking a strong Digital Products candidate (AVP) to help drive Citibank Singapore's digital development trajectory. The successful candidate will be working with an exceptional team in shaping the way our customers transact and interact with us through our digital channels; covering both Citi-owned assets and 3rd party digital channels
  • We're seeking a candidate that embodies Citi's ethos of 'Being the Best for our Clients' and he/she is expected to be a motivated self-starter and a champion for Progress. The ideal candidate would also be a change agent and be expected to inspire a culture of digitization within the organization
Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Product Ownership - responsible for the development of new product features, user stories and the ongoing maintenance of digital channels, in alignment with global/regional roadmaps
  • Develop new business and partnership opportunities with 3rd parties by harnessing Citi's API capabilities
  • Assume the role of subject matter expert on Digital Products for Citibank Singapore and be the primary contact on the subject for all internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Digital Engagement and Marketing teams at driving usage


Requisition Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in Digital Banking, Digital Product Management, or Technology
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions of a high-quality against demanding project deadlines
  • Proven capabilities at managing a broad spectrum of stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Adept at Design Thinking and fluent in customer experience principles
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels within organizations, both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical subjects effectively to stakeholders with non-technical backgrounds
  • Strong team-playing ability and being a positive cultural catalyst within a wider organization
