  • As part of the Regional Customer Franchise team, you will work with our internal partners (countries and products) to prioritize and manage our technology demand process for Citi's digital assets (CBOL and the Mobile App and other digital channels such as social platforms and API's
  • To do this, this person needs to understand the technology/project demand of each market and the business rationale; they must scientifically prioritize each product/service features and align with the goals and objectives of the respective product and Journey owners
  • The goal is to ensure that sufficient technology capacity is allocated to digital projects so that strategic projects are fitted. The ideal candidate should have good business and sufficient technical knowledge to be able to question both the country requests, its benefits and the estimated technology sizings, where needed
  • This person represents digital in all Regional Working Committee (RWC) meetings and prepares the Customer Franchise Head for his participation in the Regional Priority Committee (RPC), so that he can justify the digital demands. This person reports RPC decisions to the countries and journey owners in a transparent manner. The second part of this role focuses on Digital Governance which includes managing the change control process for regionally managed digital projects to ensure that all appropriate approvals (such as Compliance, AML Compliance, Fraud, Fraud operations, BISO, etc.) are in place prior a feature release into production release. As part of this role, this person needs to ensure all journey owners present their features to the governance team and follow up with approvers and journey owners to ensure all digital initiatives are approved in a timely manner
  • This person is also responsible to provide regular and transparent reporting of approvals status to country and regional stakeholders and to ensure that approvals are maintained in a central repository for auditing purposes
  • Lastly this person takes a lead in continuously improving our governance model by reducing manual processes and digitizing the approval process where possible. This person is also tasked with simplifying the API approval process to allow the onboarding of partners within 90 days

Characteristic and Traits:
  • Capable of working with and balancing the diverse needs of different businesses, regulations, and market landscapes
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate and represent the benefits of digital priorities as part of RWC
  • Good understanding of fraud, AML and business risks related to the roll out of digital features
  • A demonstrated ability of delivering results and championing progress under time pressure
Knowledge, Experience and

Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of product management experience with digital  knowledge a plus
  • Comfortable working with multi-functional partners and internal stakeholders, across lines of business, Technology, Risk, AML and fraud
  • Strong product management  and time management skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment
