Job Summary
Channel Delivery team is responsible for driving strategic tech and digital initiatives for the retail business for the 17 APAC EMEA markets. As such strong governance is required on the technology Retail Book of Work. Needs to be managed and prioritized keeping in mind the business needs and paybacks.
With increased focus and investment on digitization, to ensure that these investments are well utilized, we will need to dedicated management for the following:
  • Demand and prioritization across all markets & retail programs
  • Regular updates to markets/management and monthly RB Heads discussions to improve transparency and engagement.
  • Build and Drive adoption, availability, sunset and value dashboards.

Job Description
  • Work with the regional and country wealth management teams to define the TWA capabilities roadmap and country rollout schedules.
  • Work with the internal technology organization to lead the delivery of the defined roadmap.
  • Work with regional & country wealth management teams to ensure standardization of the capabilities and processes across markets.
  • Support country through the rollout and transition phase
  • Track and Drive adoption of the platform by the Relationship Managers.
  • Management support and escalation for high impact production issues impacting the rollout or adoption of capabilities.
  • Work with regional operations and support teams to drive process efficiencies through the adoption of the tool.


Qualifications

The ideal Candidate would meet the following requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Banking Processes and Platforms or Fintech. Knowledge of Retail products will be an advantage.
  • Experience in leading large regional & global initiatives or teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Business teams, technology, legal, compliance, operations etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop partnerships across teams.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
