Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering effective plan designs that align the needs of customers with the ability to achieve our stated Business objectives
  • Must be highly effective at cross functional management this includes the ability to work with Finance on accruals, goal setting and overall financial alignment with the Business budget
  • Work closely with multiple Business stake holders, HR  and Compensation Managers to deliver all aspects of Variable Compensation, market pricing, goal setting, administration, reporting and measuring plan effectiveness
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to increase sales productivity and efficiency levels
  • Manage all aspects of the Incentive plans for the assigned markets


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/ MBA
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the financial industry, of which 3 years in sales
  • Proven track record in creating and leading strategic initiatives/projects
  • Well-developed relationship management, consultative and problem-solving skills, personally committed to the delivery of exceptional results
  • Business driven, with well-developed change leader skill set
  • Able to influence effectively; gain support for new ideas and approaches across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas and shifting priorities
  • A pragmatic risk taker who challenges conventional strategies marrying innovation and creativity with a solid business acumen in order to pursue "best-in-class" practices
  • Perform with a sense of urgency without compromising on excellence with a strong commitment to achieving results
  • Decisive, capable of thinking through and trouble-shooting nuanced and complex situations
