Seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager (AVP) to join the regional marketing team based in Singapore. This incumbent will take care of digitally focused brand marketing activities to activate the Citi global brand and the retail segment (Citigold and Citi Priority) across Asia & Europe, with the key objective of strengthening Citi's position across the markets through brand building, and a dual responsibility in the retail and wealth management space in driving brand preference and accelerating acquisition across 17 markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing integrated marketing activities with a focus on digital for Citi Core branding and retail segments across Asia & Europe
  • Collaborate with multiple markets to implement the regional marketing strategies and campaigns to have consistency along with accommodating for local insights and execution nuances
  • Work closely with other retail business teams and other customer experience stakeholders. Leverage on activities of cross-divisions, maximizing synergy and implementation of consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Consider and implement best practices across Asia and Europe, competitors, internal test and learn outcomes and data; built on a fundamental objective in driving optimal customer experience
  • Build a Centre of Excellence & Implementation for Brand by supporting the development of regional marketing frameworks and sharing the best practice of digitally-focused marketing activities across the markets
  • Raise the benchmarks for marketing innovations in creative formats, communications and marketing strategies led by technology
  • Manage budgets, create reports, track and analyze performance and ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing activities are audit ready and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards


The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years' of relevant experience related to creative agencies / banking / technology / media and consumer sector(s) in a marketing, brand, customer experience or account servicing function. Regional experience or international experience is preferred
  • Possess creative, good planning skills and a keen eye for details
  • Entrepreneurial and energetic - engaged in new trends and ideas, keeps abreast of digital innovations and able to leverage available resources to create impactful results. We are looking for energetic and proactive, self-starters with marketing experience at companies or agencies and who is able to work under timeline pressures
  • Strong communicator who has proven to be able to build good stakeholder relationships and with external partners and vendors; as well as bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
  • Strong ability to drive results, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in digital marketing, familiar with planning and executing successful strategies across multiple digital channels and tools including social media, SEO, programmatic advertising, email marketing, etc.
