Description

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales and Distribution, this role leads the Phone Sales business for the Citi consumer business in Singapore
  • Managing a team of more than 220 staff, comprising teams in Singapore and the Philippines
  • Lead, grow and manage the Phone Sales Business in Singapore and the Philippines
  • Responsible for unsecured loan sales for the Citi consumer business in Singapore, including Installment loans, Balance Transfer, Equal Payment Plans and Debt Consolidation
  • Responsible for Internet and phone based customer acquisition for the Citi consumer business, including Credit Cards, Ready Credit, Unsecured Loans and Banking Accounts, including referrals for Citigold Private Client and Citigold Accounts (Super Affluent and Affluent banking clients), as well as travel insurance and credit insurance
  • Responsible for Card Customer retention and Annual Fee collections


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking preferably in Cards and Unsecured Lending
  • Minimum 8 years of Sales Management experience managing large teams and managing managers of managers
  • Proficient in working with internal business partners, across all Cards Management team supporting both Cards and Loans products and across internal stakeholders including Regional Cards, Decision Management, Compliance and Legal
  • Strong leadership and sales management skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate large teams
  • Result oriented and a strong knowledge in Cards and Unsecured Lending
  • Numeric and analytical
  • Process oriented with an understanding of sales systems
  • High level of energy, with strong collaboration and persuasion skills
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders
