Citi at Work is a sales channel for the retail bank which focuses on acquiring and managing companies in targeted industries and enrolling their employees in the Citi at Work program. The Citi at Work program provides these employees with the opportunity to enjoy a full suite of banking privileges, the convenience of easy access to world-class financial products and services, and the means to improve their financial knowledge at their workplace.

As part of our dynamic sales team, we are seeking for Business Acquisition Managers who are highly driven and self-starter as part of our aggressive expansion for continuous growth in this market segment. You will operate in a competitive banking environment where our professionals seek to deliver superior performance in the areas of client acquisition, i.e., onboarding clients to our platform of service.

The incumbent will be working closely across Citi's Franchise and C level management of organization. The principal responsibilities include acquiring new clientele base to Citi at Work proposition. He/she will also be exposed extensively to Citi at Work's value proposition with an array of marketing, product and pre-sales support to help him/her succeed. While your sales targets will be aggressive, it will be financially rewarding when you meet and exceed them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred 
  • Proven ability to deliver sales results 
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales experience in Banking or Financial Services experience preferred but not required
  • Process/project management and relationship building skills 
  • Ability to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
