  • Reporting to Head, Citi-At-Work & Citigold Acquisition, you and your team will be charged with setting up Road shows / Events in companies with the goal of offering the employees of these companies our full suite of banking products
  • Provide sales leadership to the team of BAMs / RMs / ARMs / BDM to exceed financial plan numbers
  • Ensure that the unit operates in a manner that delivers superior client experience
  • Develop, motivate and empower team members to fully realise their potential and to maximise sales opportunities for the bank
  • Analyze MIS to recommend allocation of resources
  • Establish and Develop strong partnerships with SME, Commercial banking, ICG and other businesses to Develop new company base


  • Degree and at least 5 years of direct management responsibilities over a team of sales staff with proven track record
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards
  • Superior sales management skills

  • Strong team building, interpersonal and communication
