GCG - Citigold Acquisition Manager, Sales and Distribution:
  • You are tasked to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by cross-selling Citigold proposition to individual customers, companies, and affluent segments. You will help organize Citigold events and prepare marketing materials, as well as conduct telesales activities to affluent segment clients. In addition, you shall engage Branch Banking Managers and Citigold Relationship Managers to increase overall NTB Citigold for assigned branch, at the same time, maintain regular MIS of Citigold acquisition sales for department
  • If you are a tertiary degree holder with at least 2 years of excellent retail banking sales experience, this position will appeal to you. You should also possess new relationship acquisition skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. Highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and events management skills will have every opportunity to excel
Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for acquiring Citigold new-to-bank (NTB) customers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-sell Citigold proposition to individual customers, companies, and affluent segments
  • Organize Citigold events and prepare marketing materials
  • Telesales activity to affluent segment clients
  • Engage Branch Banking Managers and Citigold Relationship Managers to organize Citigold events and increase overall NTB Citigold for assigned branch
  • Maintain regular MIS of Citigold acquisition sales for department
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners such as product managers to ensure attractive or exclusive offers for Citibank at work channel
GCG - CPC Acquisition Manager, Sales and Distribution
  • You are tasked to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by cross-selling Citigold Private Client proposition to individual High Net Worth customers defined as having the ability to fund a relationship with Asset Under Management (AUM) of SGD 1 million to SGD 5 Million, companies and affluent segments. You will help identify and network at Citigold Private Client events and prepare marketing materials, as well as conduct telesales activities to affluent segment clients. In addition, you shall engage Branch Banking Managers and Citigold Private Client Relationship Managers to increase overall NTB Citigold Private Clients, and maintain close working relationship with internal partners for referrals and ensuring attractive or exclusive offers. At the same time, you will be required to maintain regular MIS of Citigold Private Client acquisition sales for fulfilment purposes

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience/

Technical Skills:

  • Tertiary education
  • 2 years of excellent retail banking sales experience
  • Experience in telesales
  • New relationship acquisition skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Personal Skills:
  • Able to present effectively and communicate ideas, concepts, and explain products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and events management skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
