GCB HR Project and Analytics Leader - Vice President
Responsibilities Include:

Chief of Staff Support
  • Assist the GCB Sr HRA on various requests and key initiatives throughout the year such as regulatory requirements, offsite planning, communications, staff meetings and team engagement
  • Facilitate communication of information, sharing of best practices, and initiative updates
  • Prepare executive level communications and presentations
  • Coordination of activities across all aligned HR COE partners
  • Ensure connectivity of programs and initiatives with the broader GCB HR CAO team


Analytics, Risk and Control
  • Provide strategic Human Capital insights and analytics for their aligned business
  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate data trends and perform root cause analysis to improve existing processes.
  • Partner with GCB HR CAO Data & Insights team, and broader data teams across Citi, to ensure consistency in reporting
  • Identify key HR Culture KPIs and collaborate with GCB HR CAO Data Insights team for development and standardization across GCB HR
  • Central point of contact across the team's HRAs for completing critical Risk and Control processes
  • Act as 2nd line of Defense for HR Business Performance Reporting
  • Act as the execution arm for GCB HR to drive the Consent Order/Transformation agenda


Project Management
  • Provide change Management and Org Design Expertise and consultancy to HRA teams and situationally to business leadership
  • Drive execution of program deliverables. Identify opportunities and develop processes and governance for key program and process improvement initiatives
  • Leads the identification and resolution of HR related issues affecting aligned business partners
  • Support the HRAs in our Talent and Performance Cycle to ensure effective succession planning and talent pipelines of are in place
  • Potential to further expand responsibilities to provide HR Advisory support to client group as needed.


Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years' experience
  • Experience working on large scale projects and facilitating large change initiatives, including experience in project tracking and issue management
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and risks and put forward proposals for improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership and functional areas
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives, and skill sets
  • Ability to manage and influence cross-business and global teams
  • Ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational levels
  • Flexible and highly adaptable to change
