Job Description
My client is an Asset Management firm, currently looking to hire for a Fund Ops Manager in Singapore. Reporting to the CEO directly, the successful candidate will be joining an expanding business.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee outsourced Middle and Back Office Function and Financial Audit services
  • Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements
  • Familiar with Government regulation and online application submission such as MAS, MOM, CPF, IRAS and other government related matter
  • To liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers, custodians and other fund service providers
  • Perform broker account openings and liaise with brokers on fund operation related matters
  • In charge of fund audits and liaising with fund auditor, brokers and other stakeholders for the matters
  • Create and update manuals and procedures to be in line with current workflow
  • Update and maintain the fund performance monthly net of fees and gross of fees as well as performing check on monthly NAV report from fund administrator
  • Prepare various reporting items for internal and fund Board Meetings and investment committee meetings; * Review NAV reports and ensure timely reporting to investors
  • Perform KYC and due diligence checks
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of releveant experience is required
