Objectives of HR Solutions: • Provide common, core functionality to support HR Advisors and enable HRAs to focus on providing strategic advice to clients • Achieve operational efficiencies and share junior resources more effectively across HR and remove duplicative HR processes • Centralize and standardize processes; maximize information and knowledge sharing among all juniors and improve quality • Opportunity for the juniors to broaden their experience and coverage to a broader area. Build future pipeline for home grown HR Professionals

Job Description

  • Assist in new hire, transfer and termination processes
  • Prepare on-boarding packs and meet with New Hire to go through new hire paperwork and benefits
  • Follow up on on-boarding documents & coordinate with department admin & other Corporate Departments for on-boarding
  • Initiate Visa applications and Background checks; work closely with vendors on required documents and monitor progress
  • Follow through on Probation Completion
  • Coordinate with country HR Teams & Mobility Team on international relocations
  • Prepare exit packs and meet with departing employee on the paperwork and exit procedures
  • Follow up on exit documents & collect Firm Properties & coordinate with payroll to clear tax if necessary
  • Assist in other HR processes e.g. STA, FWA, Comp Increase, Industry Placement
  • Anticipate to get involved in ad hoc HR projects
  • Expect this group to have client interface
  • Respond to general HR enquiries

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR, Shared Services experience is a plus
  • Pleasant personality and approachable
  • Good command in Chinese and English
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Detail-Oriented and a team player
