Finance & Planning, Risk Portfolio Management

Oversee and coordinate finance, planning and performance monitoring against targets and objectives across RPM, including:

  • Coordinate department plans and budgets and track milestones and operating expenses against approved budget and planned timelines
  • Organize and implement department wide communication programs including department management meetings, department town-halls, etc
  • Monitor RPM's compliance, audit and regulatory issues and completion status
  • Coordinate submissions of internal regulatory attestations/reports
  • Maintain a central repository of policies, procedures, audit reports, correspondences with regulators in home and host countries
  • Maintain RPM and Basel intranet sites
  • Be the initial RPM liason officer for all Group Risk Divisional matters involving RPM
  • Assist in the development of programs and initiatives that improve employees engagement

Qualifications
  • University degree
  • Good oral and writing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational ability
  • High level of initiative and commitment to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
