FVP, Team Head_Property Specialist, Privilege Banking

Objective
  • Manage and lead a group of Property Specialists to achieve sales targets and growth objectives of the Bank
  • Develop and execute business plans to maximise new business opportunities through alliances with corporations, agents, lawyers and developers
  • Increase market share and profitability
  • Ensure quality service and operational effectiveness
Sales Management, Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building
  • Formulate, develop and execute business plans for the sales team
  • Proactive participation in showflat projects, roadshows, corporate presentations and worksite marketing
  • Lead, motivate and manage the mobile sales team in bringing in sales to meet assigned targets
  • Primary focus on housing loans with secondary focus on cross-selling of wealth (investment, bancassurance and structured deposits) products
  • Practice Cohen Brown's minimum standards
  • Building long-term rewarding customer and corporate relationships and provide good after-sales service
  • Ensure low attrition and overall profitability in the sale of consumer products
Risk Management & Credit Quality
  • Ensure booking of quality loans through good credit evaluation and judgement
Staff Management & Leadership
  • Represent Management in communication of Management's directive to staff and achievement of the Bank's goal and vision
  • Responsible for HR management including leading, motivating and promoting Bank's core values
  • Being a role model and good mentor to staff
Compliance & Training
  • Supervision of the Property Specialists in ensuring adherence to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with the FAA and related Acts
  • Ensure professional sales/service standards
  • Coaching and building a learning environment
