Executive, GIRO & Admin

The candidate will lead and manage a team on the operations of GIRO collections, Checkoff and Life CPF collections and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Supports GIRO processing, Life CPF Collections and Check-off
  • Handle 3rd level escalated enquiries from internal/external customers
  • Review the work processes and update the standard operating procedures
  • Manage the daily CPF payment and collection processes and ensure the SLAs are met
  • Perform the quarterly reconciliation of CPF fund schemes with agent banks and CPFB
  • Support the GIRO collection and DDA approval cycles and activities
  • Prepare and collate the monthly management statistics
  • Lead and drive the e-initiatives on automation of GIRO processing
  • Handle system enhancements and testing


Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Insurance and/ or operations would be an advantage
  • Willingness to learn
  • Detailed, meticulous, organised and self-motivated
  • Pleasant and positive personality, and a team player
  • Proficient in Excel, Word
